An estranged couple struggles to battle both a decaying relationship and a broken U.S. immigration system after a deportation tears them apart. While Gabriel is stuck across the border, and Monica investigates how to get him back, they both remember how they fell in love and make a vow to rekindle their romance in order to prevail and reunite through an unconventional method.
